In the Hour of Grief

Dear child. Greetings – I am Sananda!
You who are lost and seeking comfort
do not have to suffer if you just turn and go into your heart.
Understand that you are one with God and the Universe.
You have removed yourself from your God The Father and are lost in man’s illusion that we are separate from the Universe.
You are not alone as you think – you have just been shut out.
Open your heart again and you will find your way home
for he who thinks with a pure heart the truth will be revealed.
Feel life, feel the light of life in your heart.
Pray and you shall have.
Do not doubt as the doubt will shut you out.
Man has left God and through suffering man’s memory will be awakened again and return to his original harmony with God and live life with joy in his heart.
The way of Christ goes through grief and pain.
How ever strange that may sound, this IS the way.
As you turn towards your heart and unconditional love, then you will once more be on the road that takes you home.
Your way will be filled with light and you will feel that you find love in all God’s creatures.
You will believe and you will fear no more what the day will bring.
Fear and dread will close your heart.
Love is everywhere; it’s only when you doubt it that you shut it out of your heart.
Love cannot penetrate a closed heart; you have to go through the required  process yourself in order to open your heart and believe.
While you doubt, love will be at your side and follow you on your way – as soon as you open your heart, it will penetrate and light up and remove your grief and pain.
Nothing is too insignificant or too immense for love; man is part of love.
You who are in mourning and feel pain have just shut it out.
In life one has to be patient and spare no effort and not let oneself be separated from the Universe.
It is an illusion to think that man is separate from God, life and love –
Pain will remind you of that.
Man thinks he has to remain in darkness
as he knows darkness and has forgotten how all absorbing the light is.
Through thousands of years it has been stamped in man’s memory
and nothing is further from the truth.
Let go of the darkness, turn towards the light and let God’s love into your heart and you will be free.
In freedom you will have access to it all.
God has blown life into what He created.
Man has done much to thwart this.
Man even strongly fears the fear of surrendering to love and life itself.
Hence so much suffering – notice this.
Learn to control.
But know that it does not have to be this way.
Everything is in you.
Nourish what you seek – not what you need to let go of.
Pray in your secret heart for help to be lifted.
If you wish wholeheartedly to be helped, then you will be heard.
If you doubt, you will nourish the darkness.
If you pray, you will allow the light to penetrate your heart
and it will be done if you pray with a pure heart.
Learn to control your thoughts, purify them
and let yourself in touch with the light and love as often as possible
Practice makes perfect.
Always strive to be in your heart.
Do what is best for you – and for others.
For everytime you lift yourself away from selfishness, more light will penetrate.
The same happens when you trust that life will bring you all the best.
Without trust in life you will not receive anything but a fragment of the glories of life.
Paradise, Heaven, Hell are all states of the mind.
It cannot be sought outside, but has to be sought within.
